Ashtanga yoga è una pratica antica costituita da tre componenti principali: Ujjayi pranayama(il respiro), bandha(i fissaggi posturali)e drishti (lo sguardo). Impareremo a coordinare respiro e movimento attraverso una serie di posture derivate dalla serie primaria. Consigliato per praticanti intermedi ed avanzati.

Niccolò has been studying yoga for more than 10 years focusing on Integral Ashtanga Yoga as taught by Lino Miele and his followers, on the Himalayan tradition of Hatha Yoga, and on Ashtanga flow.
