Restorative Flow

This class begins with a gentle vinyasa flow practice to warm and prepare the body, and ends with deeply nourishing restorative postures. At times, postures are held for extended periods of time with the assistance of props. Both soothing and regenerating to mind and body, this class helps to refresh and release!





Keisha began practicing yoga in 1995 and was fascinated by the effects he found while in the mental, physical and spiritual enough to follow the path to become a teacher.
