Caring, relaxed and nurturing classes. Yoga is highly recommended to pregnant women because it is a gentle way of maintaining fitness while reducing anxiety with breathing and relaxation techniques. MOM AND BABY YOGA

“Birth-light baby yoga offers a comprehensive stimulation of the senses with movement and rhythm that babies need in order to best integrate experience and learn. Birth-light baby yoga offers an all in one land based practice for parents and babies; including massage, holds, stretching, singing and rhymes, game playing and relaxation”. It is beneficial for all babies, you don’t need to practice yoga or even know anything about yoga to get started with your baby.

 

  • Ideal for moms with babies between 3=8 months
  • Small circle classes with a maximum of 6 Moms and their baby
  • 60 minutes class

INFANT MASSAGE

Infant Massage is the art of connection between parents, their baby and the bond between them. Helping them understand the unique non verbal communications of their baby and respond with love and respectful listening. Infant Massage empowers parents and the mission is to promote the nurturing touch.
During the class you will learn how to massage your baby using a variety of specialized techniques, as well as relaxation methods, massage routine to help your baby with colic, gases and cons9pa9on, How to adapt the routine massage while your child grows, space for discussion about topics related to babies and their non verbal communication.

RAINBOW KIDS YOGA

Yoga is a fun way for children to develop important skills in a nurturing, non competitive environment.
In Rainbow Kids Yoga classes, there is a balance between spontaneity and structure, so that children learn to listen to themselves and each other as well as express themselves creatively. The incorpora9on of stories, songs, games and poses, creates a multi-sensory environment where children explore kinesthetic, visual, and aural learning.
