Breathing and walking comprise two of our simplest activities, yet they are also two of our most powerful actions. By bringing them together in a systematic and meditative way, we can enhance our physical, emotional, and spiritual fitness, and increase our vitality to fully enjoy and excel in our lives.
Through a series of easy exercises that combine breathing to walking, BreathWalk teaches us how to enter in a total size of well being in body and mind.
With these simple exercises that anyone can follow, we will experience the power and flexibility of this technique. Ancient traditions are combined with modern scientific research in a holistic, effective and enjoyable way to practice. We will experience how it can change our lives for the better every time we take a step.
Will be practiced through a path in the fresh air.
Appointment at 10.00 a.m. at Porta San Miniato, Florence
