I love coming to Radici Yoga. I have Keisha as my instructor and she is amazing! I love the way that she asks us in every class how we are doing and if there is anything in particular that is bothering us. She also comes around and makes sure we are well aligned and helps in the stretches. She has a great, relaxed disposition and even though she makes us work, it’s always still in a way that makes me feel calm and relaxed at the end of the class. I also love the ambience. The teachers don’t kick you out after the class. There is a great lounge area with tea and magazines and a comfy sofa. It’s not just a yoga studio, it’s like a retreat!”
