I discovered yoga after a serious knee injury when I was living in the US. At first, yoga was just a physical healing process but, afterwards, it became part of my daily routine. My yoga practice transformed and changed my mindset and approach to life, when I am off my sweaty mat as well.

I have been practicing Vinyasa for a few years and lately, after completing a teacher training in Goa, India (RYT200), I am delving more and more into a regular Ashtanga practice (Mysore style). What inspires me is the awareness that a regular practice creates
and offers, not merely at a physical level, but mostly at a deeper and personal one. Therefore yoga for me is a way of life that should be experienced and shared as much as we can!
