Currently enrolled in a YogaTeacher Training at the Himalayan School, Niccolò’s practice combines his love for body movement and asanas with a desire for self awareness and breathing exercises, pranayama. Niccolò has been studying yoga for more than 10 years focusing on Integral Ashtanga Yoga as taught by Lino Miele and his followers, on the Himalayan tradition of Hatha Yoga, and on Ashtanga flow. His classes are a unique experience thanks to moments of meditation, massage, breathing exercises – pranayama-, and his warm and welcoming personality. Practitioners learn an integral practice that awakens the body thanks to the asanas, creates breath awareness thanks to pranayama, and offers an important tool for intellectual introspection. Niccolò loves the countryside, nature, hiking, climbing, and spending time outside, in nature, and with his animals. At Radici Yoga he teaches a modified version of the first Integral Ashtanga Yoga series and Ashtanga Flow and, during his classes, he also offers moments of guided meditation, pranayama, and guided relaxation.

Deep Inderjot Kaur

This, combined with her curiosity, keen observation of human behavior, and great love of animals and nature brought her to the practice of yoga, which has finally fulfilled her inner search.

Her choice to continue on this path stemmed from her desire to share with others the benefits of this ancient discipline.Deep continues to refine her training as a teacher with extensive personal practice, and teacher training courses in Rome.

Instructor – Teacher Trainer

Jen has been involved in the world of healing and personal development since 2001, and teaching others since 2008. She teaches and trains within the lineage of Krishnamacharya, and her philosophy is that we all are one, and we are on the path of life, together. Jen believes we all hold the tools within to heal ourselves, and serve others. She uses various techniques to teach others how to uncover and reveal their true nature of happiness and peace.
These techniques include the Eight limbs of Yoga [which include Meditation, Hatha, Vinyasa and Restorative asana styles], Mindfulness, Ayurveda, Reiki, and Aromatherapy. Jen holds an advanced E-RYT 500 teacher designation from Yoga Alliance, and several ancillary therapeutic yoga and anatomy training certificates. She is also a Usui Shiki Ryoho Certified Reiki Master.
Her teachers are many, including her students from all over the world. She is especially grateful to her fundamental personal studies with her teachers: HH the Dalai Lama, Yogi Sivadas, Erich Schiffmann, Leslie Kaminoff, Sri Dharma Mittra, Jillian Pransky, Elena Brower, Carrie Parker Gasteau, and, of course, her beautiful students.

Chiara has been teaching yoga to the Florence and international community since January 2019. Her first contact with yoga was as a teenager through the study of dance. She completed her first teacher training in the hatha flow-based tradition at Radici Yoga in 2018, and has since undergone training in Restorative Yoga and Reiki (Usui tradition).

Chiara is passionate about sharing yoga with her students as a practice for self-transformation, discipline, and wellbeing of the mind-body-spirit. She enjoys integrating mindful moments, pranayama, meditation, and awareness of the chakras into her practice and sequences.

I’m a certified instructor in Power Vinyasa and Advanced Bhakti Prema Yoga. I have long practiced traditional styles of yoga such as Hatha, Asthanga and Iyengar which have provided me with a solid knowledge in different physical and mental areas and have allowed me to create a Vinyasa style that is grounded in the roots of Yoga. I love to study, and I am always improving myself and seeking inspiration through courses and workshops around the world. I am finishing the advanced 300-hour Rasa Yoga specialization in Bhakti Flow, a modality that combines Mantras, Mudras, Mythology, Pranayamas and Biomechanics, and also another training in “Awakening Somatic Intelligence” that is focused on Functional Applied Anatomy, Art of Vinyasa Instruction and Somatics. I seek to build a fluid and dynamic lesson, a fusion of Form and Flow without losing the essence of Yoga while offering personal variations to all levels of practice and physical abilities. My Vinyasa style has a continuous flow with moments of stillness to deepen into the postures and our subtle body, always cultivating the importance of breathing. I use props to improve student practice

Micol is a Florence based Yoga facilitator and Reiki Master/teacher. Her purpose in teaching Yoga is to be connected to a place of love, peace and gratitude so she could support others in doing the same. She strongly believes that the ultimate teacher lies within and her classes are designed to help listen to this guidance, starting to awake each individual inner guide.  Her practice is deeply rooted in her Ashtanga original training and in the routines of The Rocket designed by Larry Shultz. Her classes are about learning how to move lightly on the mat, having fun, while becoming physically and mentally stronger. Move light – be the light!  As complementary tools to her yang practice she also uses Yin and Restorative Yoga.  She likes to connect with the realms of the Spirit through Reiki, of which she also offers 1:1 sessions in Florence.
