In this gentle class you will be able to physically, emotionally and mentally prepare yourself for childbirth. The focus is on breath awareness and conscious relaxation to help ease pregnancy, delivery and the after effects of birth. Our prenatal yoga classes provide a safe and supportive environment for expectant mothers and are a wonderful way to connect with other mothers-to-be. Classes are open to healthy pregnant women in their 2nd and 3rd trimesters.




Keisha was touched by the practice of yoga in 1995 when she took her first class. She was immediately fascinated by the mental,physical and spiritual effects of yoga and followed the path to become an instructor.
